Welcome to The Booster Club Brand Ambassador Hub. On this page you will find links to all brand hubs where you can get training materials, demo reports and links to the schedule. For your convenience, we've also created an app that you can easily download below based on your region.

Note on Payroll:

We pay all of our team members using Bill.com. We run payroll every Wednesday for the demos 2 weeks prior if reported on time.

For example:

You will be notified via email/bill.com when payment is submitted and deposited. It usually takes about 2 days from submission.

You will get an invite from bill.com the week of your first payroll.

Brand Training

Presentation Standards

The following presentation standards are required when working demos, tastings, events, etc. with The Booster Club:

  • Closed toe shoes. No slippers or sandals. Preferably no heeled shoes with a slippery sole.

  • No holes, ripped, or worn out clothing. 

  • Clothing should be clean and not include any distinguishable odors.

  • No branding other than the brand you are representing on shirts OR hats. (Small logo like a Nike or Polog logo is acceptable).

  • Black shirt and black pants or dark jeans.

    • Option to wear solid color shirts for men.

    • Option to wear a casual skirt for ladies.  Appropriate length below fingertips.

  • Good hygiene - Team members should be bathed and wear deodorant. No heavy perfume. Hair & make up must be clean and simple, look professional & presentable.

  • Ensure table cloths are clean and washed regularly.

‬️Please save this number to your phone & keep it handy if you need anything the day of your demo. You will receive reminder text messages from this number, will be asked to confirm the reminder with a "yes" if you are good to go for your demo(s), and will be asked to check in with a photo when you arrive to each demo.

Please note: reminder texts are sent as a courtesy. It is your responsibility to know the date, time, and location for each demo you are booked on after confirming with your Market Manager.
If for some reason you do not receive a reminder text, but have confirmed your demo on a prior date, you are expected to arrive at your demo on time.

We rotate On-Call Managers. Sometimes you will see your Market Manager on this line, but other times it will be another Manager. We always try to sign our name so you know who you are speaking with.
